BSNL Mobile — Amount is deducting from BSNL mobile

Everyday 5 rupees is dedcucting from my mobile. I have been calling the customer care since a month. Nobody is responding properly. A complaint is also raised on 13th sep. But, till date no response. In addition to this, the people who was handling the call was putting me on hold for more than half an hour and disconnecting the call. I am very much frustrated with the service provided by BSNL support. Please consider this case and do the needful. My problem is still unsolved.

I have also complained for not deducting the amount without my permissioin but they deducted rs 25 from my account in the account of song by bz-bsnl care.my mobile no is [protected]
