BSNL Mobile — remove dial tone mobile no [protected]

maine 30-09-09 ko apne mobile no. [protected] ke dial tone katne ke liyen 56700 ke uper 4:02 pm ko msg kiya tha aur uss msg ke 2 rs bhi kate gaye.eske baat bina batyan mere 12 rs kate gaye.aur aab mere pass bar -bar 20 rs recharge karne ka msg aa raha hain.es liyen mera apse request hain ke mere mobile ke dial tone remove ke jayen.nahi to majborre main mujhe bsnl ka connection band karna padega.

my name is Mohit Sharma and my mobile number is [protected].i want to remove my caller tune now and several times sent massage viz. UNSUB ALL to 56700.But due to some unknown reason massage is not being sent.
So I request you to please remove my caller tune as early possible.
