Its been more than two months since i am requesting BSNL to check their setting as i am unable to send sms to some networks. whenever i am trying to send sms to these networks the mobile immediately throws an error " check operator service". the setting with my mobile is correct as the sms is going to other networks. no body in customer care is helping to solve the problem. i am deaf and dumb and having only sms facility (NO INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS DUE TO DEAF AND DUMB). and have been using for one year. suddenly on 8th january, i am getting error message CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE. i had lodged complaint on 11th of january.
also want to add that i am vice president of handicapped association and having various members from handicapped person as well as NGO's. i am very much inconvenienced by this deficiency service by BSNL.
i have been visiting to CSC, Malleswaram daily and assured by them that they will speed up the work. and also called customer care everyday five to six times...
no action has been done. please take necessary action on the bsnl people as well as call centre...
