In my phone i received one message on 27th June 2013 at (6:56 pm) that service is activated on your mobile. I called to customer care (7:29pm on 27th 2013), executive told me that they don't have such record of activation of that service so call us later and when next day I call again for the same they told me that 'Ki apko kal call karni chahiye thi ab hum refund nhi kar sakte' and they also told me that their are two more services activated on my mobile from last December but I haven't activate any service.
So please have a look because I don't know how many customer are bluffed and have to suffer from the same problem. Was this information helpful? |
BSNL — about activation of connection
sir, i have a bsnl prepaid connection. and the validity of this connection has been expired before at most 3-4 month and the incoming calls and masseges are continued till now but when i recharged for the validity then the recharge has not done successfully. what should i have done. this connection is on the id of my father Umed Singh. and the phone No. is [protected].From
