DEAR SIR/MA'M MY SELF RAJ KUMAR YADAV I AM A USER OF BSNL CELLONE MOBILE SERVICE AND NUMBER IS "[protected]". I WOULD LIKE TO LET YOU KNOW THAT ON 30- MARCH 2010 I HAVE GOT A MESSEGE FROM THE CENETR NUMBER "[protected]" OF COMPANY THAT "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING SM PAK.YOU BEEN CHARGED RS 8/- PER WEEK AND THE SAME AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE SAME MASSEGE I RECIEVE ON 02- APRIL-2010 AT 12.38 AM ABOUT 17 TIMES AND RESPECTIVELY RS 144 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE WHILE I HAD NEITHER GOT ANY CALL FROM COMPNAY REGARDING THIS SERVICE NOR I HAD MADE ANY SUCH REQUEST BUT THIS FACILITY WAS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER BUT I DO NOT AVAIL IT EVEN A SINGLE TIME. I CALLED AT BSNL CALL CENTER ON 06-APRIL-2010 AND THEY GIVE ME DOCKET NUNBER "6160627"FOR COMPLAINT BOOKED BUT AGAIN AFTER ALL THE FOLLOWUP I DID NOT GET ANY FURTHUR INFORMATION REGARDING MY COMPLAINT.THEN I GOT A NEW DOCKET NUMBER "6236269" FOR COMPLIAINT BOOKED ON 14-JUNE-2010 AND SINCE THAN HAVE CONTACTED TWO TIMES REGARDING THIS PROBLEM BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS NOT ABLE TO TELL MY STATUS.
