I Pravat Kumar Pal bsnl prepaid connection no [protected] lodge a complain to custmer care docket no H18WB910182 booked on 18.08.2011 regarding deduction of balance @ Rs 20 /- is last three weeks.One massage has been received from 57775 " Your subgametashan service has been renew iRs 20 for 7 days" . My question is that why such unlawful way should be taken by a reputed company & why I will suffer ? Are you not inspering me to other company?
