I am a BSNL Mobile customer from Kerala. I activated the Ring back tone facility in my mobile number and the Provider deducted Rs.40/- on that day . But The BSNL simply plays their tune instead of my choice selected. I complainted twice the days and repeat the same message that wait for 24hours more. Now its three days over and now what can I make a move.
