BSNL Mobile — stop unwanted sms for cell one | |||
Hi, I am a BSNL Cellone customer [protected]) in koraput. Since last two month I am getting SMSs from 52906 and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everyday for this. I never subscribed for any such service. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number 52906. I am a BSNL Cellone customer [protected]) in mainpuri. Since last two month I am getting SMSs from[protected]cricket service)and 15 Rs is deducted from my prepaid balance after 15 days for this. I never subscribed for any such service.many times i registered my problem to customer care(complain no.6778175 0n dated 11jan 2011, b24up347664 on dated 24 feb 2011, b28up379023 on dated 28 feb 2011, co7up432223 on dated 7 march 2011 )but my problem not solved still. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number[protected].
Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.
