With due respect I like to inform you that I am a customer of bsnl mobile service and the bsnl mobile tower of our local area (Panigaon, Dist -Lakhimpur 787052) provide very poor service.The network of that tower disappeared with shut down of electricity.Because the generator(electric power supply) has been damaged since last few years.There are a maximum number of bsnl customer in that area and they faced this problem last few years.our local pepole complained against this problem at district bsnl head office.but problem is not solved due to the lack interest of the officers and workers.Now they provide some bettery for electric supply instead of generator.So our bsnl network is electric current like,if electric current is there network has been found else no network.Now a days due to shortage of electricity maximum time our area is no network coverage.

This is a village Near ORAI Tahsil and Dist-Jaloun --village- Piye nirjan pur the connectivity of tower from district is very low...i have my land near to the center of village which is very near to other villages also, sir i[censored] hav any plans of installing tower in this area it wud be a gr8 pleasure for us..

With due respect I like to inform you that I am a customer of bsnl mobile service.In our local area ( kalyani Rathtalla, P.O-Klyani, Dist-Nadia, W.B) Signal is very poor .The network disappeared with shut down of electricity.There are a maximum number of bsnl customer in that area and they faced this problem last few years.our local pepole complained against this problem at local bsnl office & custmer care.but problem is not solved ever.
