on seterday 12 may 2012 automatically activate caller-tune and i will try to deactivate it but there will be no solution and today 18 may 2012 automatically activate a service and cut 8 rs in i will try to deactivate so 2 rs more deduct in my balance my all balance is deduct slowly slowly. i think bsnl is very bad company and there is no costumer care and its service is very poor
