BSNL mobile no. [protected] — incoming call barred from other network

Sir, In my bsnl mobile no.[protected] outgoing call is ok to all network, incoming call barred from other network (exchange repply this no. is does not exist) in my local area.I call to so many time to bsnl customer care regarding this problems,but bsnl customer care says you wait 24 hours,48hours and some days,what I do ? I am going great loss.My complaint number in bsnl customer care is B[protected] Please do the needfull. I am facing the same problem, and its been 30 hours and no resolution has come from BSNL. And neither they are serious about their customer. BSNL services are worst i have ever seen, Even their customer care executives are not enough technically sound so as to respond customer properly.

BSNL... please take care of yourself and your services.

Cheap in call rates doesn't shows your capabilities.
