This is very regret to tell you that after activated START DND 1909, and personally meet to BSNL Authorities, but till date I am receiving unwanted SMS from +54646, BV55666, BV53030 etc. All the NE 1 BSNL Authorities has assured me to STOP this annoying. But they fail to stop all this non-scene things, though other network has STOP UNWANTED SMS or CALLS from their network. I would like to ask "Whether BSNL has extraordinary Network"?
