I had a BSNL Prepaid Mobile Connection bearing No.[protected], since last about 6 months. After getting registered on BSNL Online Recharge Portal, I had been recharging my mobile online. On 9th June 2009, again, I had logged in to BSNL Online Recharge Portal for the purpose of recharging my mobile and made a payment of Rs.221/- for the same. The payment was successful and a cyber receipt was generated by me from my banker's site & my account was debited with the amount. However, after lapse of 48 hours, I could not get balance/value in my mobile. In the meantime, on the same day i.e. 9th June 2009, after lapse of 4-5 hours, when I could not got balance/value in my mobile I sent an e-mail message to BSNL ([protected]@bsnl.co.in) conveying the fact and with a request to do the needful, but the same is also unresponded till date.
