[Resolved] BSNL Mobile — Caller tune assigned without my concern | |||
My BSNL Mobile number is [protected]. I have received an IVRS call from BSNL on 2nd March 2011 for assigning caller tunes, without assigning any caller tune, I disconnected the call. After sometime I received a sms saying that a charge of Rs. 15 have been deducted for setting the caller tune. I registered a complaint at the call center - C07WB286141(complaint number). There was no update on this and periodically after every 5 days Rs. 7 is getting deducted from my balance. I have called the customer care again and again, they always said that I need to wait and my balance is getting deducted. They registered the complaint again for the same issue(C22WB341964). Today is 1st April 2011 and again Rs.7 has got deducted from my balance. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
