BSNL Mobile Recharge — Money deducted but not recharged

I have recharged My wife's Mobile No [protected], Kannur Circle with rs.100. on25.1.2011, Ref no. 459860 through ICICI bank internet banking. But her phone is not recharged up to today but the money is with drawn from my account.
Kindly do the necessary activities to recharge the phone or else kindly return the payment.

I had recharged my mobile no.[protected] as top up for Rs.55.00 on dated 09/07/2012 through SMS banking of SBI.But my mobile did not get recharged yet and the amount was deducted from my SBI's A/C No.[protected].So please look into the matter and regularize my A/C.
