[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile Recharge — Money debited from A/c but not charged yet

BSNL — Amount got debited but not yet recharged

I have made a online topup in BSNL web portal. the transaction (ID: TXT[protected] Rs.221/- on 19/06/2009) got failed but money was debited to my account. i have tried second time (ID: TXT[protected] Rs.221/- on 19/06/2009) the same thing happened. I have waited for one week thinking that the money will be refunded automatically. But it was not happened. i have spoken with bank customer care (SBI) and they have refunded one amount stating that the other amount was not refunded by BSNL. I have been speaking to BSNL customer care for the last 2 weeks (Complient number: TN[protected] Dt.[protected] And there is no corrective action in this regard.

B.S.N.L — A/C Usage and Charge

why my net charge is very high ... r u hacking my net ? why i m not able to open my A/C usage ? why why why?????????? i want to abort this connection now!!! i dnt want this hacker connection. abort it !!

i m not interested on this ( B.S.N.L broadband ) hacker connection. Abort it!!!

I recharged my BSNL mobile with Rs.280 on 6.6.2011, but till now top up has not happened. But Money has been debited from my Citi account.

Please help at the earliest.
