[Resolved] BSNL mobile service — charging for gprs settings

i got a excel prepaid uttaranchal sim of phone no. [protected] when ever i changes the handset or reinsert the sim in phone they deduct 2Rs for requesting gprs and mms settings and i dont use any of this service i had called the cc they tell me about some option which i didn't find in my phone to switch it off so i request you to please deactivate this sms mms settings service from my phone or pls don't charge me for that Was this information helpful? BSNL Mobile — GPRS

Sir
this is inform u that i have a bsnl preped connection since last 5 or 6 years.
but now last 1 year i receve a sms about gprs bill. i think this is any mistake
so i niglect that messege. but last month i receve a bill by bsnl of gprs rupee 1600.
in the bill the mobile no. is mine . but the bill is postped gprs connection.
what i do???

Sir,
There is a major problem in BSNL West Bengal and Kolkata network. While talking with others, line got disconnected automatically.
The one more concern is for last 4-5 months 'Missed call atert' facility is not working. All 'Missed call alert' setup has been done in my hand set with the help of customer care. I have also lunched compalint with BSNL customer care but still now it is not working.
Last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service. My cell no - [protected]
Please look into this matter at your earliest.

BSNL — poor service and no response of complaint

i G.ROSAIAH CHOWDARY .....i buy a rc card but it not recharging....i contact costemar care but there is no responce....from executers..and i activated caller tone but it not activated last 4 months....i contactin there costemer care there is not solve my problem..........plz help me sir ...my no is [protected]
