UNSOLICITED MONEY OF RS 40/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE ON 03 APRIL 2012, FROM ONE " MIMOBITV," NO[protected] , WITH THE MESSAGE " THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEK" . I NOTICED IT ON 04 APRIL 2012. I WAS FORCED IMMEDIATELY TO UNSUBSCRIBE IT ON 04 APRIL 2012, TO PREVENT FURTHER UNSOLICITED DEDUCTIONS. I am from last 2months facing problem with the BSNL mobile service. I am using BSNL mobile SIM (prepaid SIM) its number is [protected] (3G connection). BSNL company whenever and whatever amount want to deduct from my prepaid balance is deducting without any information and without any service activation.
Today it has deducted 20rs., without any intimation and from 13 onwards it is deducting daily 5-10rs. If am calling on customer care of BSNL the executive just say that this service has been activated on your mobile even i have not asked to do so. If i say to the executive he/she just disconnect the call and do not provide a reasonable information. While last month BSNL deducted 30rs, and i asked customer care executive, the person said that you will get your amount within 45days. But company has deducted immediately my SIM balance.
Company is using monopoly in the market because it is govt.
