[Resolved] BSNL — Irresponsible for providing Broadband connection at our new place | |||
Hello Sir, I am a resident staying at SV Nagar Road No 11, Nagaram. I have applied for shifting of land line and Broadband connection on 16 Aug 2010 and they have disconnected the connection at old address on 17 Aug 2010. They have provided us with 2 Order No's with new telephone number for new place (Nagaram). At present today, 28 Aug 2010, still they haven't provided us with the connection facility for both land line and broadband connections. The Zonal Office members at Nagaram area are so IRRESPONSIBLE AND POOR SERVICE AND POOR INFORMATION PROVIDER including all members (Line man, JTO, AE and others) are not at all bother about the customers concerns and requests. They have lots of pending connections and faults to be rectified and these employees are not at all taking charge of completing the connections. I am very very very disappointed with the Services of BSNL especially at Zonal Office Nagaram Hyderabad. Every time when i called to their office no body used to pick the calls and then we used to visit them in-person to tell our problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
