[Resolved] BSNL — New Broadband request | |||
I recently raised new connection request through BSNL Udaan portal 1. No response from sales person even 2-3 working days after launching lead 2. Finally customer (Myself) contacted sales person, they don't bother at all. 3. Sales person said not feasible to give connection because no set up line in my area and at least 5 new connection request from same area should come to set up new line, even though my address area covers famous part of Chinchwad i.e Bijali Nagar. They refuse to provide connection. 4 My complaint is why should customer should suffer if no set up line in particular area 5 If BSNL require 5 new connection request to set up new line, how one can think of getting BSNL connection 6 how do BSNL track consecutive 5 new connection request from particular area If BSNL set up line then only people can think to get connection BSNL should set up line, so that not 5, 50 people can apply for connection.
