I am not sure whether some action will be there or not but want to share the worst experience with BSNL in IT hub city Bangalore.
I am living in very good area known as HSR Layout but with some worst services like BSNL. Nobody wants to listen anything in case of complaints and all is in the hands of god.
They are sending bills on time that is perfect but when come to a point service then its a worst service people I met with. Every month 5-10 days internet is not working but we are paying bill amount for full month and if I want to refund for those then also I need to rush for Jayanagar office which is very frustrating.
Even if there is a need to talk to any senior then nobody is available in BSNL office behind HSR BDA complex.
I don't know how govt can take action against these bull people ??? Was this information helpful? |
The only service they provide you with is calling service. When will they realize that a phone company needs to do more, instead of spending millions on Priety Zinta as their Brand Ambassador, they need to spend of their service.
I was waiting for the MNP to start in my city, but now even that seems to be a headache. Its not as easy as projected, I think best is to get a new Number.
Any suggestions?
