[Resolved] BSNL — No response to broadband service complaint. | |
I am a BSNL BROADBAND user, since past 3 months I am having a lots and lots of trouble with BSNL broadband..
Earlier i had connectivity problem i.e, Internet connectivity was lost every 2-3 min else it would not work at all.
That problem was solved when I myself changed the broken wiring (which was BSNL departments job).. Coz they were refusing to replace with the same copper wire..
Now I am having trouble with internet speed problem, they say its 3 MBPS plan.. but not even a single is being opened with ease.. when i tested internet speed at www.speedtest.net the result was a astonishing "560 KBPS"..
..
Badly frustated calling 1500 and complaining .. they call.. ask whether phone is working and then mark my complaint has been resolved.
