[Resolved]  BSNL noida — Frequent fault

This is my official telephone number (Vigyan Prasar, Under Dept of Science & Tech, Govt. of India)This telephone goes out of order almost every alternate day. Following are my latest complaint numbers ( complaint by dialing 198):

Threre are many more complaints I can refer. Earlier some lineman used to call after complaint and asked whether line is workin or not. After one day it would definitely go out of order.

Shockingly now they started resetting the complaint number without even rectifying once!

Strict action is required to all responsible to maintain this telephone link. I am suffering irreversible loss everyday due to non functioning of the telephone [protected].
