i am dr sobhan from kalinga vihar,lig,k-4 1288.we have been shifted from unit 6 bbsr to kalinga vihar about 2 yr back.we applied for shifting of landline.when we asked for it about 1 yr back they replied "find some customers for us in your locality then we will give you connection.then this year around may i applied for new landline com broadband through a field agent named satya who works at the corporate office unit 9,bbsr.he claimed a sum of 500 rs without any receipt from me for the basic rental for the above.months passed.no new connection was given.even when i complained to agm he also told me to find new customers in our area.are we members of amway or what.is it not your duty to provide connection to needy or your department is hungry for money.then being harassed i called the agent and cancelled the connection and asked for money.then he filled a form and said it will refund in 2-3 months...(why).still i waited and now he says to meet his boss.plz clarify the transperency of your department.mob no -[protected].

BSNL Orissa Circle — Failure in Connection
Dear Sir,I am using broadband services offered by the BSNL Orissa for the last 5/6 years. For the last one month I am experiencing that my modem link fails after 5.00pm everyday. Even after I have contacted authorities concerend at the local office, no action has been taken yet to solve my problem. I suspect somebody playing mischief with my connection. I request you to see my problem solved at the earliest.
