The other message is from NO.56505020 again thanking me for subsribing GOVT JOBS and intimating me to have been charged Rs.20 for a month besides advising me to SMSHELP SUB to 56505 for other exciting subscription packs details. Rs.40/- has been deducted from my prepaid mobile account arbitrarily and unauthorisedly even though I did not make any such subscription to either of the said numbers. I am a retired person and a senior citizen. Kindly do the needful for the redressal of my grievence and refund of the amount illegally deducted from my account.
