I have SMS service from BV-CAINTK on my mobile, which is chargeable. Now i want to deactivate this service. Service is still not deactivated even if I requested for by sending SMS on prescribed format. Hi, I have the similar problem, I do not know how this service was activated to my mobile number. I am trying to deactivate the service for past 3 months Not able to do. Every month the service automatically deducts Rs 15, but to make things worse, I got deducted again for Rs 15 last month at a gap of 15 days. Every time I try to send message to deactivate. I recieve a confirmation message that your service has been deactivated, but nothing happens, as usual they deduct Rs 15. Can some one pls help me, my mobile no is [protected].
