I have taken the Broad Band U/L Home Plan on the name of my father,My Tele.No.[protected] is faulty (Dead) since 18 May 2011 vide complaint. No.[protected], but no action has been taken so far,even this complaint was fake closed by BSNL department.
Then I put complaint in to the Punjab Circle BSNL Public Grievances (P G) on dated[protected] vide Docket No. PJB/CO/2011/10649.As per the norms set by the Circle office BSNL CH. for disposal of any kind of complaint in PG system within 3 days, but my complaint is still pending for more than 22 days.
I also send mail to BSNL Punjab Nodal officers on 10-July-2011 but till date no response / solution received from any side.
So i humbly request you to take necessary action to resolve the problem.
