I am a subscriber of bsnl landline no.[protected] since 1 year from now. we are completely unsatisfied by the services of bsnl so want to completely disconnect its connection. the issue is like this that we don not get the bill and then when the bill is received it contains the fine added in it due to late payment. we have complained for this several times but no action has been taken by the officials....please tell me the procedure to disconnect my land line connection.
