In our village(Talakurunia,Gopalpur,Balasore) phone are dead last 5 months...when we contacted BSNL people they are saying cable has problem that happened due to road work.Now they are saying due to road work cable are damaged and asked us to reach JTO..We approach them and made online complain no body is responding.Govt is saying we are giving connection broadband but on reality our panchayat ,post office is now operating without phone forget about broadband...This seems that officers are deaf and not care about consumer benefit... My telephone[protected] is out of order since 20/11/2012. I had booked a complaint on 21/11/2012, which was registered with complaint no:[protected]. As I am writting this, on 28/11/2012, the phone is still out of order. But, to my surprise, BSNL had sent me an SMS that the complaint has been closed.
This is unprofessional, absolute irresponsibility by the BSNL. It is a pity that BSNL still needs to improve in their customer service.
