This is with reference to the attached receipt of the bill payment done. Although we have timely made the payment our outgoing services is being discontinued since 1st of Apr 09.
This issue is being several times raised against your representative through telephone, and even though after continuous follow up of the same, till date out going services are not yet started. We have followed up even in Abad exchange and Porbandar exchanges on phone[protected] as well as on paper.
We had been suffered a lot by such type of inconveniency produced by BSNL. Hence under frustration we have decided to close the services from BSNL.
Please terminate this connection and we are not liable for paying any sort of hidden charges.
