BSNL postpaid connection — Non WOrking off Incoming Calls

Hi,
I am having mobile connection for Post PAid connection.
I have paid all the bills till MArch -2010 .BSNL stopped my Ougoing as well incoeming calls saying that I have not paid Dec 2008 Bill which is Rs.350 and which has been paid at Bajirao Road Main Office on 7/1/2010.Kindly suggest what to do?
How thBSNL says that I have not paid Previous bill and paid next month bill and my service was woprking till day before yesterday?
Why BSNL not stopped my Outgoing Calls only in the month of Dec-2009?
Are your records are not updated?

I have paid my post paid [protected], mobile bill Rs 1039/- vide invoice no;[protected] and account no;[protected] for the month of Nov. 2010 pay by online, dated 19/11/2010. kindly acknolege it pl.Bcoz conformation not rcvd

Iam using bsnl agri plan postpaid card but till not getting gprs facility. before 1 month i fill up gprs connection from but not proper responce from bsnl.
