i have been using bsnl prepaid sim card right from 2003 which i purchased from thiryparty person upto yesterday it was working well but now it says sim error.what to do can i retain my same no.currently i don't remember the person with whom i got my sim card.I want to retain my same no my no is [protected].iam resident of katpadi vellore.whom to approach and what is the procedure ?

While enrolling gprs i received all 4 gprs messages and activated in my mobile with 1111 pin numbers.But could not send mmsand find the foolwing message in my computer "Your SIM card is not activated. Initialization failed. MSISDN:[protected], reason: Exception: Could not fetch services! please give me the solution.thank you.
