BSNL Prepaid — sms service | |
i recently buyed bsnl prepaid sim and know i think that i hve made the biggest mistake after buying, i dont receive any sms from other network..i dont know why company issued this sim starting from 9455..., when there is irregular service..i requet u to plzz check out ur service properly and dont just bluff with the customer or it wont be a good sign for the company progress...well i think its better to use other network service instead using bsnl..thats all Was this information helpful? | |

I Activtied SMS voucher of Rs.56 on 5/2/2009 but from 7/2/2009 i cant able to send sms to any mobile.i m complenting from 7/2/2009 yet not solved.every day someone call it is solved but yet not solved the same they said"Mam, we r fwding u r query it will resolve within 24 hrs."Daily i m completing to Customer Care.
Please please do the needful and active my sms.
