I want to deactivate my bsnl tune code No. 100593 from my mobile (prepaid) No. 91 [protected] immediately.

Dear Sir,

I am roopa Phno: [protected] Bangalore. My daughter acativated the cricket message 5650515 in the month of November and deducted Rs. 15 every month. I called customer care to deactivate they told me to send the SMS as per there instruction I sent several messages but till today they have not deacativated and amount is been deducting every month. kinldy help me.

please remove hello/caller tune from my phone ([protected]) as i am losing my money every month for nothing.

sir i wanted to report u that an hello tune has been activated on my cell wid no.[protected].
i wanted to remove this hello tune frm my cell as fast as possible because monthly 30rs are charged.
i want you to act on this problem as fast as possible.

My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Khandwa, MP. last month back unneccessarily caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for that. Now after calling to the customer care ([protected]) and 1500 oftenly, they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700. and UNSUB ALL to 56700 Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 2 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible. please help.

I too hate the Caller Tune facility which gets actiavted without our knowledge. BSNL must provide facility to confirm copy of Caller tune on press of *, because am not sure i[censored]nknowingly Caller Tunes gets activated for my number or BSNL simply puts the caller tunes and charges us.

Did u try the following,

Send SMS 'BT DACT' to 56700

Send an SMS with content,
BT DACT
to 56700 and this will deactivate ur caller tunes within 24 hours. And I think BSNL will charge Rs.2/- for the SMS.
