Dear Sir, My mobile no is [protected] of Dhanbad district in Jharkhand. I am a life time subscriber. My validity period was over on April 24, 2009 and I have recharged my mobile on 27/04/09 by rs 225/- recharge voucher. But the secret code was registered in your system and I did not get the balance till date. The out going facility has been stopped from 25th April. I have called the customer care service in Jharkhand several times but no one could solve the problem. My complain no is 3493170. I am facing several problems. Dear Sir/ Mam

I have a prepaid SIM card bearing number [protected]. Due to my higher education i was out of station last 1 year. Now i continue this old number from your service. But there is a error message ( number not in use) when i dial my old number giving full tower signal without any break and no valid recharge done till now. So, plz. reactive my old number that i can continue it again.
