"NOW GET (RS.330/- ND 90 DAYS) ON RC 300/- OFFER UPTO 08.03.10 ONLY"
WHEN I APPROACHED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE REGARDING THIS HE CONVINCED ME TO RECHARGE THE SAME TO AVAIL THE BENEFIT. ADDITIONALY HE TOLD ME THAT THIS OFFER IS VALID ON YOUR NUMBER AS THIS IS A PROMOTIONAL SMS WHICH IS BEING SENT TO SELECTED ONES.
WHEN I RECHARGED IT I GOT NO BALANCE INSPITE I GOT BSNL TO BSNL UNLIMITED CALLING FREE PACK WHICH IS OF NO USE 4 ME.
NOW WHEN I CALLLED THEM THEY ARE REFUSING THEIR WORDS ND NOT REFUNDING MONEY.
plz look into this matter soon.

BSNL — fraud in recharge information
sir,i just want to complain about the wrong information provided by the customer care executives of BSNL.
when i asked about the recharge under 1000 rs. he told me that there is a recharge of 200 rs. providing 200 days validity and 200 rs.talk value. but when i made this recharge i only received 129.46 rs. and 30 days validity.
in order to hear the conversation later, i also recorded it. In the recording it is very clearly told by the customer care executive about this 200 rs recharge.
Now, after receiving a lesser amount when i again made a phone call, they say that there is no such scheme available and say that the previous executive must have by mistake provided a false information...
now whose fault is this.!! and who is the sufferer????
I am the sufferer and now who is responsible for this..
sir, i have that recorded evidence and if needed i can produce it at any stage..
please make a reply soon...
i want justice...
