[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid — detect my balance

my mobile number is [protected].my problem is that i do a rechargeof sms pack of 50 rupee of bsnl prepaid in 20 november .but i did not recieve my 5000 free sms.and when i send a sms ,my 1 rupee balance detected .i wrote a complain bsnl call center but he he did not give me solution of my problem .and when i send sms ,my balance detect regularly .pls take a action quickly for regarding my complain...thanks
