BSNL Prepaid — deduction of balance from my account | |||
Hi im Shiva, im a BSNL PREPAID customer since 2years, in this two years i faced some problems with this provider like deduction of balance from my prepaid account for unknown reasons, charging me more rates than usual, and more over the customer care providers, they will make me to hold for nearly half and hour or more to take one complaint and not solving it after more than 72hrs after making a promise in solving it in 24hrs, making me hold in line and improper response from customer care people. I recently logged a complaint against my balance deduction recently while i was looking to change my service from bsnl to other service through MNP, i got shocked by looking my balance as negative from positive.i logged a complaint on 23rd jan 2011 regarding this, cc people said i activated some service which i dint do. after taking that complaint he promised to clear that within 24hrs, which he dint do, later i called again after 24hrs they said they will review my complaint and send me details in 2hrs, which again he failed. After 48hrs i called again, but response was again poor i logged a complaint again on that, no response again yet. Each time i was wasting my half an hour to one hour of time for calling to cc, answers i used to get were, NO ACTIVE SERVERS, NO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, CANT HELP, MUST WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME, CALL US AGAIN AFTER 1HR OR SO, etc.., I please request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
