[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — chat service

Address:Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

From past 3-4 months the bsnl is charging Rs 30/- per month w/o my consent or request for Chat Service on my mobile no [protected]. Moreover I am not using chat service at all. The bsnl is requested credit the amt deducted to my prepaid account. Henceforth not to charge for any service which i have not requested. Bsnl is requested to immediately deactivate chat service from my mobile no [protected].

same was done with me on telephone [protected]. I have complaint on 1503. But the amout is not refund till now. complaint no. isF[protected] dt 10.06.12.
