I have taken my 2G connection no[protected] on 10.3.2010 and further renew on 10.4.2010 but till now no intimation has come by sms for confirming the renewal .
Pl.lookinto the matter and take necessary action

Mera name Anurag Vijay hai. Mera BSNL prepaid 2G mobile no. [protected] hai and mein tonk rajasthan mein rahta hoo. mein nokia 3110c mobile use karta hoon usme gprs facility hai parantu 3G facility nahi hai.
Mene mere no. per GPRS activate karaya tha and Rs. 230/- ka recharge bhi 7 jan 2010 ko karvaya tha. jiske anusar mujhe ek mahine tak ( 6 feb 2010)free unlimitted internet facility di jani thi. parantu teen ya char din internet use karne ke bad mein mere no. per aaj tak bhi internet use nahi kar pa raha hun.
Iska karan janne ke liye jab costomer care per call ki to pratek bar alag alag jawab mila. kisi ne kaha ki aapke no. per gprs activate hi nahi hai, kisi ne kaha ki gprs deactivate ho gaya ise activate karvao.parantu unke anusar sabhi karya karne ke bad bhi jab internet use nahi kar paya to[protected] ko meri complaint darj ki gayi jiske docket no. A[protected] hai. karib char din bad mere pas message aaya ki aapki problem resolved ho gai hai. jabki meri problem aaj tak resolved nahi hui. mene costomer care par phir se call kiya and bataya ki meri problem solved nahi hui hai mein mere no. per prepaid 2G mein internet use nahi kar pa raha hoon aur na hi meri tarah bsnl prepaid 2G ke other costomers koi bhi tonk mein internet use nahi kar pa rahe hai, to unhone meri complaint ko aage pahunchane ke liye bol diya. Mene Costomer care se yeh bhi kaha ki mein consumer fourm mein shikayat darj karaunga to unhone kaha ki kara dijiye usse kya aapki problem solve ho jayegi. Iske bad mein tonk ke BSNL office gaya aur apni shikayat batayi to unhone kaha ki pure tonk mein koi bhi bsnl prepaid 2G costomer internet use nahi kar pa raha hai, hamne aage shikayat (jaipur) kar di hai.
jaldi hi aapki problem solve ho jayegi, tab tak aap kisi 3G ke mobile mein aapki sim dal kar internet use kar leve. Parntu aaj tak bhi meri problem solve nahi ho saki.
Shriman ke samaksh aaj dinank[protected] ko yeh shikayat darj kara raha hoon ki tonk mein bsnl prepaid 2G mein pichle 15 dino se internet facility chalu nahi hai jabki 230 ke recharge mein yeh vayda hota hai ki aap one month ke liye internet use karenge, isprakar se yeh BSNL ka seva dosh hai, seva mein kami hai, aur mujhe aarthik and mansik nuksan bhi hua hai. Isliye mujhe uchit nyay and muavja dilaya jaye.
