sir iam from Pilkhuwa iam using a BSNL prepaid mobile i have a balance of 90 rupees i have not using this mobile regularly (28/10/10 to 29/10/10) i use it as an addition i keep it switched often once fro and emergency when tried to make a call from this number it showed 60 ruppes balance ,then i call to customer care , & they have registered a complain after 80 hours, complain no .-6347766, after many time qrey they have not given any information about balance cut, Was this information helpful? | |||

i have a prepaid no from last 2 yrs, from last month my no. call rate was incress @.90 p/min when i ask about this from call center they replied this no. is converted in CTOP .
What should i do neither costumer care nor BSNL Office is helping me pls provide the solution
