I have Purchased Sim Card No. of BSNL having mobile no. [protected] and was activated on 28/02/2010. I opted for the scheme of BSNL named as 1Ps/Sec for which i had message on 53733 on 03/03/2010 at 08.06 A.M. i.e. ACT 1S as required to message for activation of scheme for 1ps/sec call. After that till now my phone is not converted in the scheme opted by me. For this purpose i have contacted BSNL , Indore Office and they have told me to talk to Customer Care. I had talk to Customer Care also about 12-15 times, but always the CC has told me that they are forwarding one no. by way of SMS for activation of the scheme, still it was not activated and i m suffering from irreperable loss by dedcution of my balance @ 1Rs. for a sec. call also, by this way my balance get over and the calling rate applicable to me is very high.
Today (27/03/2010) also i have call to CC, but the same answer received by me that, we are forwarding the no. by way of SMS and same will be activated very soon. After 22 days passed this complaint has been launched before the TRAI for solution in the matter.
I request you please take the matter on action.
