I would like to inform that, CRBT (caller ring back tone) automatically debited to my a/c. I was trying to call one number in TN and after few minutes i got debit advice for Rs.30/ for selecting CRBT. Which is totally wrong and unfair. I called the customer care and told me that i have pressed the button. They are mischievously making money. It shold be stopped Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
