[Resolved]  BSNL — problems in logging in self care portal of bsnl (eastern region)

sir, this is to mention that we have difficulties in logging in the self care portal for the telephone number[protected]. each and every time it shows that we have entered an invalid password though the password is right. when we adopt alternative route to retrieve password it shows 'data mismatch' due to reason unexplainable to us. these makes us perplexed. so we cannot get the dividend of the self care portal especially for getting the numbers where calls had been made. we had complained to local exchange but they couldn't help us. please do the needful so that we may be able to register afresh and will not face the same problem mentioned above while logging in for the next time. Please provide as much information as possible...
