I am really amazed of the fact - when i placed a complaint of replacing the telephone wire - which was cut from the main pole to my residence at various places - they said they don;t have additional wire to change it.
i have been a customer since 10 yrs and paying approx 1200.- to 2000/- INR per month as rent + usage fees.
The telephone wire was cut due to a truck carrying something tall material. We placed the complaint and they just came and joined the wire - but right now it is just hanging around - and now even if the wire shakes due to wind or something - the telephone get disconnected.
Now even i am using broadband and use to do some conference calls via Skype- but due to many knots on the wire - i am donot get proper speed to browse.
I have Talked with New Sanghvi Exchange manager - Mr. Kulkarni - and they said they don;t even a 5 meter wire in their budget.
Is BSNL in such a Pathetic condition - where they cannot change the old wire of such an old customer and they spend so much in Advertisement and say they are entering in 3G connection and pay Deepika Pudakone or Prity jinta - Lakhs of rupees - but they don;t have funds to replace a old worn out wire.
I hope this message reaches to BSNL head and concerned departments and they attend to this situation on a priority basis.
