[Resolved]  BSNL — migration from postpaid to prepaid

sir, my mobile number is [protected] and account number is[protected]. I am using bsnl maha krishi sanchar postpaid plan and i have total 5 numbers i.e. [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] in my cug. I want to migrate postpaid maha krishi sanchar to prepaid maha krishi sanchar. Customer care says its possible but exicatives from bsnl office wont allow me. They says migration is not possible. I want to retain my number and dont want postpaid.. So plz do something..
