BSNL — recklessness of bsnl broadband technicians

Sir,My name is avala varunsai and i am resident of visakhapatnam,andhra pradesh.I am using bsnl broadband since last two years.MY LANDLINE NO.[protected]..My usage plan was Rs499/-unlimited.from last 45 days my net speed was dead slow and download speed is ranging from 1kbps to 4kbps.I made a complaint regarding this subject in local bsnl central office.They said to file a complaint in bangalore telecom website,i made complaint in concerned website also.Still there was no response from bsnl technical team.So,please make some action regarding this problem sir,i am disgusted with this net speed.Thanking you sir.

I would recommend that you visit your local SDO office and lodge a complain there.I would not blame the BSNl Broadband Technicians since they are underpaid and highly over-worked.Also, you can ask for the telephone number of the MDF which operates your line and ask them the parameters of your connection. Generally, poor connectivity issues happen due to low signal strengths in the L5 and L6 section (both should be 1024 and anything less than 700 would impact your speed).Poor SNR can also contribute to this factor.
Overall i would advise you to contact your local SDO Phones, office and maintain a good relationship with the Technician that comes to your house (read: give him some money)in order to solve future problems quickly.
