BSNL — Registration failed | |||
My parents use BSNL sim. when they tried to call the other day it said "registration expired" not sure for what reason??and they have being using the number for the past 6 years.there was almost 200 rupees in it. we had just put around 200 rupees the other day on the 2nd phone,the next day it says that the amount is over need to recharge!!! Without any request an amount of Rs-30/ &Rs-12/ has been deducted from my mobile account.Even I contacted customer care through no 1503 & requested for closing the deduction but invain.I want to close the deduction.
