[Resolved] BSNL Services — Not able to unsubscribe from 51234030 Cricket Alert & 56505 jokes alert

I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services 51234030 & jokes message 56505 which got automatically activated.Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem.For cricket alart, since last 3 months I had called sevaral times the information given by them proved wrong and still these services have not been deactivated.
Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services 51234030 which got automatically activated and Rs.30/- is being deducted from my balance. BSNL support services is unable to resolve the problem.
Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated at the earliest.
