BSNL — Postpaid connection blocked unlawfully

BSNL is worst ever mobile service provider !!! I have bsnl post paid mobile bearing number [protected] of Assam circle. My bills are paid duly on time. Earlier it was prepaid connection but every time money would have been deducted without usage and then I converted it into post paid but in the month of July suddenly my postpaid connection is blocked without any reason and after repeated visit to customer service I got the connection OK after 25 days of complain, they could not tell me any valid reason of blocking. Today i.e.21/01/2012 at about 2.30 p.m. in the evening suddenly my connection is blocked and when someone calls me they get the response that this number does not exist. I went to the nearest customer service at Tele mart, Silchar, Assam at about 3.30 p.m and asked them what is the reason, they could not give me any valid reason and requested me tho change the sim card and informed me that my number will be reactivated within one hour and the fees for new sim will be charged in my next bill. But even after 5 hours of new SIM my number has not been reactivated. This is an unfair trade practice, deficiency in service and negligence in service by the BSNL.I request BSNL to reactivate my SIM immediately otherwise I shall have to suffer irreparable loss and injury and for which BSNL shall be bound to compensate me.

BSNL — worst services and no compensation

My telephone bsnl and broadband with number[protected] remained dead from 31st july..despite repeated calls, BSNL personels rectified it on 18th august...worst service from any company which I have seen, even now they have not given any compensation and deduction for these unworking days period..I have applied for the same..
I wish that the senior officials would be reading out the reality of their company's working

BSNL — Unlawful Bill

This is Vinod Kumar Sharma.
I had been using the BSNL broadband and Telephone [protected] . . But In December 2009 , I filed an application to BSNL to disconnect my Phone and Internet . I didn't want to use the service from January 2010.

I started to use service of some other company from January.

But one day in January 2010, I noticed that BSNL was still in service . So I again filed a reminder ( reminder application number 17015 filed at Bharat Nagar Exchange BSNL office , Ludhiana .) to disconnect service. I mentioned clearly that I would not be responsible in case they delayed to disconnect the phone. And I would not pay the bill of January month because An Application already had been given to them in December to disconnect the Service .

But they sent me the bill of January month and saying to clear the account .............


Now why I should pay ? This is not my fault that they delayed to disconnect the phone or service. Even I didn't use BSNL Internet even for a Single Minute in January..


So now What I should do ?
